Numlo-TM 5 Tablet is a combination medicine used to treat hypertension (high blood pressure). It works by relaxing blood vessels and making the heart more efficient at pumping blood.

Introduction

Numlo-TM 5 Tablet is a combination of two medicines: S-Amlodipine and Telmisartan. You can take it at any time of day, with or without food, but it is best to take it at the same time each day. Keep taking it for as long as advised by your doctor. Even if you feel well, do not stop this medicine on your own because high blood pressure often has no symptoms.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush, or break it. Numlo-TM 5 Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Side Effects

It may cause side effects like nausea, taste change, diarrhea, upset stomach, ankle swelling, headache, weakness, numbness of extremities, flushing, and tiredness.

Alcohol Warning

Avoid consuming alcohol as it may enhance the blood pressure lowering effect of this medicine.

Breastfeeding Warning

Do not take Numlo-TM 5 Tablet if you are breastfeeding.

Pregnancy Warning

Do not take Numlo-TM 5 Tablet if you are pregnant or planning to conceive.

It may cause you to feel lightheaded or weak especially when you stand up. Rise slowly if you have been sitting or lying down. Avoid consuming alcohol as it may enhance the blood pressure lowering effect of this medicine. It can cause ankle or foot swelling. Raise your legs while you are sitting down and talk to your doctor if it does not go away. Do not take Numlo-TM 5 Tablet if you are pregnant, planning to conceive, or breastfeeding.
