Why can’t I get sufficient vitamin B12 in my diet?
Vitamin B12 is found naturally in animal-based foods such as meat, fish, eggs, and dairy products. Vegetarians and vegans may experience difficulty obtaining adequate vitamin B12 from their diets, as it's not naturally present in plant-based sources like fruits, vegetables, and grains.
What happens if I have a vitamin B12 deficiency?
Vitamin B12 deficiency can lead to symptoms such as fatigue, weakness, constipation, loss of appetite, weight loss, and megaloblastic anemia. This condition results in abnormally large red blood cells. Other potential side effects include nerve problems like numbness and tingling in the hands and feet. Additionally, individuals may experience difficulties with balance, depression, confusion, memory impairment, and soreness of the mouth or tongue.
Is Numbtron 1500mcg Injection safe?
