Adults ≥ 13 years: 5-7.5 mL 3 times daily, Children 6-12 years: 5 mL 3 times daily, 1-5 years: 2.5 mL 3 times daily. Treatment should last for at least one week. To ensure successful therapy, IVYKOF Syrup should be continued for another 2-3 days after symptoms have subsided.
