Nozolev Kid 0.05% Nasal Drops is a medicine that helps clear and soothes the blocked nose, thereby relieving nasal congestion due to common cold, hay fever, or other respiratory allergies in children. It is a nasal decongestant that helps in opening up the nasal passages by reducing excessive nasal secretions and also reducing the swelling in the blood vessels in the inner surface of the nose. This provides temporary relief from congestion or stuffiness in the nose.
Use Nozolev Kid 0.05% Nasal Drops as directed by your doctor. Do not give more than the recommended dose as it can lead to side effects. Do not use it more than 3 times a day.

It's recommended not to give Nozolev Kid 0.05% Nasal Drops to your child for more than 10 consecutive days, as this may lead to complications such as atrophic rhinitis. Additionally, avoid stopping the medication suddenly, as this can cause rebound congestion in your child. Instead, follow the prescribed dosing schedule.
An overdose of Nozolev Kid 0.05% Nasal Drops can cause severe symptoms, including dizziness, sweating, low body temperature, headache, bradycardia, respiratory depression, coma, and convulsions. It's essential to contact your child's doctor immediately if this occurs, as children are more sensitive to toxicity than adults.
Before using Nozolev Kid 0.05% Nasal Drops, have your child gently blow their nose to clear it. Then, have them lie down and tilt their head back as far as comfortable. Open the cap of the medicine container and apply one drop into each nostril without touching the nozzle to the nose. Keep the head tilted back for a short time to allow the drops to spread throughout the nose. Replace the cap right after use. If any part of the drop gets into the eye, do not administer another drop into that nostril.
Call your child's doctor if they experience symptoms such as insomnia, dizziness, tremor, irregular heartbeat, or elevated blood pressure after using Nozolev Kid 0.05% Nasal Drops.

To help relieve nasal congestion, have your child lie on their back with a pillow to allow the mucus to drain out. Avoid having them sleep on their side, as this may worsen congestion in one or both nostrils.
