Chlorpheniramine Maleate (0.5mg) + Phenylephrine (5mg) + Paracetamol (125mg) + Sodium Citrate (60mg)
Nozee Syrup is commonly prescribed in children to treat symptoms such as runny nose, cough, sneezing, watery eyes, sore throat, body ache, and fever.
Syrup
Nozee Syrup is a combination of four medicines: Chlorpheniramine Maleate, Phenylephrine, Paracetamol, and Sodium Citrate, which relieves common cold symptoms. Chlorpheniramine is an antiallergic that relieves allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes, and sneezing. Phenylephrine is a decongestant that narrows the small blood vessels providing relief from congestion or stuffiness in the nose. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and an antipyretic (fever reducer). It blocks the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that are responsible for pain and fever. Sodium citrate is a mucolytic that thins and loosens mucus (phlegm) making it easier to cough out.
Ensure your child takes extra care when taking part in physical activities. Never combine Nozee Syrup with other cold and flu medicines as that may lead to side effects. Stop Nozee Syrup and immediately report to the doctor if your child develops an itchy rash, facial swelling, or breathing difficulties.

Nozee Syrup is a combination of four medicines: Chlorpheniramine Maleate, Phenylephrine, Paracetamol, and Sodium Citrate, which relieves common cold symptoms.
Practice self-care tips: Clean and disinfect surfaces after sneezing and coughing to avoid allergy. Give your child plenty of fluids as it helps to thin and loosen the mucus accumulated in the lungs. Restrain your child from having caffeinated products and foods that are spicy and fried. All these can trigger coughing. Make your child gargle with warm saltwater. Ensure your child takes enough rest.
Giving your child more than the prescribed dose of Nozee Syrup can lead to serious side effects such as seizures, rapid heart rate, depression, cognitive defects, and difficulty concentrating. To avoid this, use the calibrated cup provided with the medicine to measure out the correct dose.
Before giving your child any other medication along with Nozee Syrup, inform your doctor about all other medications they are taking. This will help prevent potential interactions and ensure safe treatment.
If your child has a history of cardiovascular disease (hypertension, heart disease), diabetes mellitus, gastrointestinal obstruction, increased intraocular pressure, urinary obstruction, or thyroid dysfunction, consult your doctor before administering Nozee Syrup.
Never give your child medication meant for adults. Instead, use only medicines specifically formulated for children and follow the recommended dosage instructions carefully. If symptoms persist or worsen after treatment, seek medical attention.
Nozee Syrup may induce a mild drowsy effect in your child, but it should not be used to induce sleep. Forced sleep could mask underlying sleep disorders like insomnia; consult your child's doctor before administering this medication.
Store Nozee Syrup at room temperature, away from direct heat and light, in a dry place out of reach and sight of children to prevent accidental intake.
