Novex DS Tablet is a birth control pill that acts by preventing the implantation of the fertilized ovum to the womb (uterus). It is a non-hormonal medicine with very minimal side effects. In higher doses, it is also used to control abnormal vaginal bleeding in women who have not attained menopause. The dose and how often you take it depends on what you are taking it for. Your doctor is the right person to decide the exact dose.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Novex DS Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
