Use it as advised by your doctor or check the label for directions before use. Normomet-XL 50 Tablet may be taken with or without food but it is better to take it at a fixed time. Avoid Normomet-XL 50 Tablet with high-fat meals such as olive oil, nuts & seeds, dark chocolate, butter, and meat.
