Norgab NT 300mg/10mg Tablet is a combination medicine used for the treatment of neuropathic pain. It works by decreasing the pain through the modulation of calcium channel activity and increasing the levels of chemical messengers that stop the movement of pain signals in the brain. This medicine may have side effects and should be used under medical supervision. It is important to inform your doctor if you are taking any other pain-relieving medicines. Additionally, physiotherapy may be advised to get relief from pain. Avoid taking antacids 2 hours before or after taking this medicine as they can interfere with its absorption.

Nortriptyline is a tricyclic antidepressant which increases the levels of chemical messengers (serotonin and noradrenaline) that stop the movement of pain signals in the brain. Together, they relieve neuropathic pain.
