Norbalin 75mg/10mg Tablet is a combination medicine used for the treatment of neuropathic pain. It works by stopping the movement of pain signals to the brain. The medicine contains Pregabalin and Nortriptyline. Pregabalin modulates calcium channel activity of the nerve cells, while Nortriptyline increases the levels of chemical messengers (serotonin and noradrenaline) that stop the movement of pain signals in the brain. Together, they relieve neuropathic pain. It is important to inform your doctor if you are taking any other pain-relieving medicines or if you have a history of seizures. Seek immediate medical help if you experience hallucinations, fever, sweating, shivering, fast heart rate, muscle twitching, or loss of coordination. Your doctor might also advise you to undergo physiotherapy to get relief from pain.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush, or break it. Norbalin 75mg/10mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
