Introduction

Nopile Capsule is an ayurvedic preparation containing Suvarna Geru, Gulvel Satva, and Arshakuthar Ras. It provides symptomatic relief from rectal bleeding, pain, itchiness, and chronic constipation associated with hemorrhoids. The local analgesic property of Nopile relieves pain and ensures pain-free fecal excretion. Additionally, it acts as an antimicrobial, preventing secondary microbial infections in the body.

The recommended dose is a capsule three times a day for 30 to 60 days. Followed by 1 capsule daily for a minimum of six weeks; this helps to prevent recurrence of piles. For chronic cases, Fissures and following surgery a long term treatment of 1 capsule three times a day for 6 to 12 months is recommended.
