How it works
Nocolik 20mg/500mg/20mg Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Dicyclomine, Paracetamol, and Simethicone. Dicyclomine is an antispasmodic which works by relaxing the muscles in your stomach and gut (intestine). It stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms) thereby relieving abdominal cramps and pain. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever). It blocks the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain. Simethicone is an antifoaming medicine which disintegrates gas bubbles and allows easy passage of gas.

Stick to simple meals and avoid spicy rich food in order to avoid feeling sick (nausea) Dry mouth may occur as a side effect. Frequent mouth rinses, good oral hygiene, increased water intake and sugarless candy may help. Do not take indigestion remedies (antacids) within two hours of taking Nocolik 20mg/500mg/20mg Tablet.
