Nitoflox 50 Oral Suspension Delicious Mango is an antibiotic that interferes with the genetic material of bacteria by implanting defects in its DNA. These defects hamper the multiplication of the bacteria and affect its survival as well. Thus, it kills the infection-causing bacteria from growing further and prevents the infection from spreading without making them resistant to further treatment.

Accidental overdose is unlikely to cause harm, but it's important to contact a doctor immediately. Overdose may result in unwanted side effects such as seizures, tremors, severe headaches, sudden weakness, unconsciousness, and irregular heartbeat (palpitations). Seek medical attention promptly if your child shows any of these symptoms.
If your child doesn't see improvement with treatment, it might indicate the medication isn't working against the bacteria causing their infection. Please consult a doctor who may prescribe a different antibiotic that is more effective in fighting the specific infection. Some antibiotics are administered intravenously (IV), and other options may be necessary based on your child’s individual case.

Generally, antibiotics don't interfere with vaccines or cause adverse reactions in children who have recently received them. However, it's crucial to wait for your child to fully recover before giving any vaccine. Once they feel better, the vaccine can be administered.
