Nitch Cream is for external use only. Use it in the exact dose and duration directed by your doctor. Clean and dry the affected area before applying it. Do not use a larger amount and do not cover the treated area with tight clothing or bandages. This will increase the risk of getting side effects. Make sure to wash your hands thoroughly before and after using the medicine. Avoid getting the medicine in your eyes, nose, ears, or mouth. In case of accidental contact, wipe it off and rinse the area with plenty of water. Use of this medicine may cause burning, itching, irritation, and redness at the site of application. These are usually temporary and resolve with time. However, if they do not go away or get worse, you should let your doctor know. Before you use this medicine, let your doctor know if you have any other medical conditions. Let your doctor also know all the other medicines you are using or taking to treat for the same condition or other medical conditions.
