Nimica 1% Gel is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) used to relieve pain, inflammation, and fever. It is used to treat muscle and soft tissue injuries, as well as acute strains and sprains. It is also used to treat other painful conditions of the bone or muscle.
This medicine is for external use only. Use it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Clean and dry the affected area and apply the gel. Wash your hands after applying unless hands are the affected area.

Don't cover the area being treated with airtight dressings such as bandages as these may increase the risk of side effects. Avoid getting it in the eyes, mouth or nose. Rinse with cold water if you accidentally get it in these areas. It may increase the risk of sunburn. Avoid exposing the treated area of skin to excessive sunlight. Take it with food or milk to prevent upset stomach. Take it as per the dose and duration prescribed by your doctor. Long term use may lead to serious complications such as stomach bleeding and kidney problems. Inform your doctor if you have a history of heart disease or stroke. Avoid consuming alcohol while taking Nimica 1% Gel as it can increase your risk of stomach problems. Your doctor may regularly monitor your kidney function, liver function and levels of blood components if you are taking this medicine for long-term treatment.
