Nile CZ 100mg/325mg/375mg Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Nimesulide, Paracetamol and Chlorzoxazone, which relieve pain and relax the muscles. Nimesulide is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) and Paracetamol is an antipyretic (fever reducer). They work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and fever. Chlorzoxazone is a muscle relaxant. It works on brain and spinal cord to relieve muscle stiffness or spasm and to improve pain and movement of muscles.

You have been prescribed Nile CZ 100mg/325mg/375mg Tablet to get relief from pain and stiffness in the muscles. Take it with food or milk to prevent an upset stomach. You may see results within 1.5 to 2 hours after taking Nile CZ 100mg/325mg/375mg Tablet. Take it exactly as advised by your doctor. Avoid consuming alcohol while taking this medicine as it can increase your risk of stomach problems. Inform your doctor if you have a history of seizures. Inform your doctor if you are taking any other medications with paracetamol in them.
