Additionally, it provides relief from symptoms such as runny nose, sneezing, itching, and watery eyes. The syrup is a combination of three medicines: Levosalbutamol, Ambroxol, and Guaifenesin. Levosalbutamol is a bronchodilator that relaxes the muscles in the airways, Ambroxol is a mucolytic that thins and loosens mucus, and Guaifenesin is an expectorant that decreases the stickiness of mucus.
