The most common side effects include nausea, stomach pain, headache, nasal congestion, sinus pain, sinus inflammation, rash, tiredness, and musculoskeletal pain. Diarrhea may also occur, so it is advisable to stay hydrated. Consult your doctor if there is no improvement after three consecutive periods. Inform your doctor about any kidney problems, vaginal bleeding disorders, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Regular eye check-ups may be required while taking this medicine.
