Nexafen-E 500mg/250mg Tablet is used to manage heavy menstrual bleeding. It works by preventing the breakdown of blood clots and enhancing the ability of platelets to form clots, thus controlling excessive bleeding. The most common side effects include nausea, stomach pain, headache, nasal congestion, sinus pain, sinus inflammation, rash, tiredness, and musculoskeletal pain. Diarrhea may also occur, so it is advisable to stay hydrated. Consult your doctor if there is no improvement after three consecutive periods. Inform your doctor about any kidney problems, vaginal bleeding disorders, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Regular eye check-ups may be required while taking this medicine.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it whole without chewing, crushing, or breaking it. Nexafen-E 500mg/250mg Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Consult your doctor immediately if you get diarrhea while taking this medicine. Use a heating pad or try gentle massage and relaxation techniques to get relief during periods. Inform your doctor if there is no improvement in your bleeding after using this medicine for three consecutive periods. Inform your doctor if you have any bleeding disorders.
