Tablet
New Trypace-MR Tablet should be taken with food. This will prevent you from getting an upset stomach. The dose and duration will depend on the severity of your condition. You should keep taking the medicine even if you feel better until the doctor says it is alright to stop using it. Using this medicine may cause few common side effects such as nausea, vomiting, heartburn, stomach pain, diarrhea, loss of appetite, and dryness in the mouth. If any of these side effects do not resolve with time or get worse, you should let your doctor know. Your doctor may be able to suggest ways of preventing or reducing the side effects. In general, you should try to use the smallest amount necessary to control your symptoms.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. New Trypace-MR Tablet is to be taken with food.
New Trypace-MR Tablet is a combination of a muscle relaxant (Thiocolchicoside) and two pain relievers (Aceclofenac, Paracetamol). The muscle relaxant works on the centers in the brain and spinal cord to relieve muscle stiffness or spasm and improve movement of muscles. The pain relievers work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling).
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. This medicine is most effective when taken along with proper rest and physical therapy. New Trypace-MR Tablet is to be taken with food. Older adults may have increased drowsiness, confusion, and higher risk of falling as a result of taking New Trypace-MR Tablet. Do not take it with any other medicine containing acetaminophen (drugs for pain/fever or cough-and-cold) without asking your doctor first.
New Trypace-MR Tablet is usually for short-term treatment and can be discontinued when pain relief occurs. However, continuing this medication should only be done if advised by a healthcare professional.
New Trypace-MR Tablet may be harmful for individuals with known allergies to pain medications or components and excipients. Preexisting conditions such as active, recurrent stomach ulcers, history of heart failure, high blood pressure, or kidney/liver disease should also avoid using this medication.
Yes, New Trypace-MR Tablet can be taken concurrently with vitamin B-complex preparations. While New Trypace-MR Tablet relieves pain symptoms, vitamin B-complex may help address any vitamin deficiencies contributing to the condition.
Long-term use of New Trypace-MR Tablet can potentially damage the kidneys. Normal kidney function produces prostaglandins, which protect against kidney damage. Painkillers decrease the levels of these protective chemicals in the body, increasing the risk of kidney damage with prolonged use. It's especially important for individuals with pre-existing kidney diseases to avoid long-term use of painkillers.
Increasing the dosage will not make this medication more effective, but may cause heightened side effects. If symptoms worsen, consult your healthcare provider for re-evaluation.
New Trypace-MR Tablet contains Paracetamol. These medications can be harmful to the liver, especially at doses exceeding recommended levels. Additionally, avoid alcohol while taking this medication, as it may further increase your risk of liver damage. This medicine should ideally not be used by individuals with pre-existing liver disease. Seek immediate medical attention if you experience early signs and symptoms of liver problems, which may include fever, rash, loss of appetite, nausea/vomiting, fatigue, stomach pain, dark urine, yellow skin or eyes, and abnormal liver enzyme levels.
