Why can't I get sufficient vitamin B12 in my diet?
You can obtain Vitamin B12 from sources such as meat, fish, eggs, and dairy products. Other possible symptoms include balance issues, depression, confusion, dementia, poor memory, and soreness of the mouth or tongue.
