Introduction

Neurofit Forte Tablet is used in the treatment of Alzheimer's disease and memory loss in Parkinson's disease. It can also be used to treat age-related memory loss and head injury. It works by improving communication between the nerve cells and protects the brain.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Neurofit Forte Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Neurofit Forte Tablet is a nootropic medicine. It works by increasing the activity of a chemical messenger (acetylcholine) which improves communication between the nerve cells. It also protects the brain and nervous system against shortness of oxygen.

It may cause dizziness. Don't drive or do anything requiring concentration until you know how it affects you. Inform your doctor if you have bleeding problems or if you are on medications that help thin your blood. Inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning pregnancy or breastfeeding. Inform your doctor if you experience stomach pain, diarrhea, and vomiting. Do not stop taking the medication suddenly without talking to your doctor.
