Short Description

Neuro Total PG Tablet is a prescription medicine that helps relieve neuropathic pain (pain from damaged nerves). It strengthens the nerves and relieves nerve pain.

Introduction

Neuro Total PG Tablet is a combination of five medicines: Benfotiamine, Folic Acid, Methylcobalamin, Pregabalin, and Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine). It is used to treat certain types of long-lasting pain caused by damage to nerves. It might cause dizziness and sleepiness, and patients are advised not to drive or use tools or machines. Along with taking Neuro Total PG Tablet, patients may be advised to undergo physiotherapy to get relief from pain. It is also important to inform the doctor if the patient is taking any other pain-relieving medicines, is pregnant or breastfeeding.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Neuro Total PG Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Neuro Total PG Tablet is a combination of five medicines: Benfotiamine, Folic Acid, Methylcobalamin, Pregabalin, and Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine). Benfotiamine and Folic Acid provide essential nutrients to the nerves. Methylcobalamin and Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) are forms of vitamin B which help in the production of myelin, a substance that protects nerve fibers and rejuvenates damaged nerve cells. Pregabalin is an alpha 2 delta ligand which decreases pain by modulating calcium channel activity of the nerve cells. Together, they relieve neuropathic pain (pain from damaged nerves).
