Nesolin Plus Eye Drop is a combination of five medicines: Chlorpheniramine Maleate, Camphor, Menthol, Phenylephrine, and Naphazoline which relieve eye itching/discomfort caused by allergies. Chlorpheniramine Maleate is an antiallergic which blocks the action of certain chemical messengers responsible for red, itchy, teary eyes. Camphor and Menthol provide a cooling effect to the eye. Phenylephrine and Naphazoline are decongestants which work by narrowing blood vessels of the eye to relieve inflammation (redness and swelling).
Wash your hands before applying Nesolin Plus Eye Drop. Do not touch the dropper tip or let it touch your eye or any other surface. Apply gentle pressure for 1 to 2 minutes after applying the medicine to prevent the medication from draining out. If you normally wear contact lenses, please wear your spectacles instead until your doctor advises you that it is suitable for you to wear your lenses again.
