How it works
Nervz-G Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Gabapentin and Methylcobalamin. Gabapentin is an alpha 2 delta ligand which decreases pain by modulating calcium channel activity of the nerve cells. Methylcobalamin is a form of vitamin B which helps in the production of myelin, a substance that protects nerve fibers and rejuvenates damaged nerve cells. Together, they relieve neuropathic pain (pain from damaged nerves).

Frequently asked questions
What is Nervz-G Tablet?
Nervz-G Tablet is a prescription medication that combines Gabapentin and Methylcobalamin. It is used to treat pain caused by nerve damage (peripheral neuropathy). This medication works by helping to regenerate damaged nerves in the body, which can help reduce pain sensations.
What is peripheral neuropathy?
Peripheral neuropathy occurs when one or more of the nerves in your peripheral nervous system are damaged. These nerves carry messages from/to the brain and spinal cord to/from the rest of the body. When these nerves are damaged, they can't function properly, disrupting communication between your central and peripheral nervous systems.
Can I stop taking Nervz-G Tablet when my pain is relieved?
No, it's essential to take Nervz-G Tablet for the full prescribed length of time. Even if your symptoms improve before the nerves are completely regenerated and healed, stopping treatment early can lead to incomplete healing.
Can the use of Nervz-G Tablet cause sleepiness?
Yes, drowsiness is a common side effect of Nervz-G Tablet. To ensure your safety, avoid driving or operating heavy machinery while taking this medication, and do not consume alcohol as it can increase the risk of severe sleepiness and accidents.
Can I take a higher than the recommended dose of this medicine?
No, taking more than the recommended dose of Nervz-G Tablet increases your risk of side effects and toxicity. If you're experiencing persistent symptoms despite taking the prescribed dose, consult your doctor for re-evaluation.
What is the recommended storage condition for the Nervz-G Tablet?
Store Nervz-G Tablet in its original container or pack, tightly closed, as instructed on the label. Dispose of any unused medication properly to prevent accidental consumption by pets, children, and others.
