Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Neo-Mercazole 20 Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Neo-Mercazole 20 Tablet is used for the treatment of hyperthyroidism. You may have to stop taking it for a while if you are also taking radio-iodine as a treatment for your overactive thyroid. It may affect the level of blood cells in your blood. Inform your doctor if you experience symptoms such as unexplained bruising or bleeding, sore throat, mouth ulcers, fever, or general illness. Stop taking Neo-Mercazole 20 Tablet and Inform your doctor if you develop symptoms of liver damage. Inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning to conceive, or breastfeeding.
