The dose and frequency depend on the condition and its severity. It may be taken on an empty stomach or with a meal but should be taken regularly at the same time each day for maximum benefit. It may take several weeks to see the full benefits, and it may need to be taken for life. Common side effects include fatigue, headache, dizziness, breathlessness, nausea, and edema. Consult your doctor if side effects persist. It may not be suitable for people with liver problems, slow heart rate, severe circulation problems, severe heart failure, or low blood pressure.
