Empty the entire contents of the sachet into the nasowash squeeze bottle.Pour previously boiled lukewarm water into the bottle up to 200 ml mark or as directed by a healthcare professional.Do not use boiling water.Screw the cap onto the bottle and gently shake until the powder dissolves.Use this solution to wash the nasal passages and sinus cavity as instructed in the starter kit
