Nam Cold Tablet is a combination medication used to treat common cold symptoms like runny nose, stuffy nose, sneezing, watery eyes, and congestion or stuffiness. It also helps in relieving pain and fever. The medication contains pseudoephedrine, cetirizine, and nimesulide as its active ingredients. Pseudoephedrine is a nasal decongestant that narrows the small blood vessels, providing temporary relief from congestion or stuffiness in the nose. Cetirizine is an antiallergic that blocks the action of a chemical messenger (histamine) and relieves allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes, and sneezing. Nimesulide is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause fever, pain, and inflammation (redness and swelling).

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush, or break it. Nam Cold Tablet is to be taken with food.
