Nacroot-T 4 Tablet is a combination medicine that helps in relieving muscular pain by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain, inflammation, and fever.
Tablet
Nacroot-T 4 Tablet should be taken with food. This will prevent you from getting an upset stomach. The dose and duration will depend on the severity of your condition. You should keep taking the medicine even if you feel better until the doctor says it is alright to stop using it. Using this medicine may cause few common side effects such as nausea, vomiting, heartburn, stomach pain, diarrhea, loss of appetite, and dryness in the mouth. If any of these side effects do not resolve with time or get worse, you should let your doctor know. Your doctor may be able to suggest ways of preventing or reducing the side effects. In general, you should try to use the smallest amount necessary to control your symptoms.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Nacroot-T 4 Tablet is to be taken with food.
Nacroot-T 4 Tablet is a combination of a muscle relaxant (Thiocolchicoside) and two pain relievers (Aceclofenac and Paracetamol). The muscle relaxant works on the centers in the brain and spinal cord to relieve muscle stiffness or spasm and improve movement of muscles. The pain relievers work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling).
Do not take it with any other medicine containing acetaminophen (drugs for pain/fever or cough-and-cold) without asking your doctor first. Use this medicine as directed by your doctor. Try to use the smallest amount necessary to control your symptoms.
Nacroot-T 4 Tablet is usually taken for short-term pain relief and can be discontinued when pain is significantly reduced. However, continued use should always be guided by a healthcare professional.
Nacroot-T 4 Tablet should be avoided in patients with known allergies to painkillers or their components. It is also not recommended for individuals with a history of: - active or recurrent stomach ulcers, - stomach ulcer bleeding, - heart failure, - high blood pressure, - and liver or kidney disease.
Nacroot-T 4 Tablet can be taken concurrently with vitamin B-complex preparations. Vitamin B-complex may help to correct any vitamin deficiencies contributing to symptoms, in addition to providing pain relief.
Long-term use of Nacroot-T 4 Tablet may damage the kidneys. The body's natural defense system relies on prostaglandins to protect the kidneys, and painkillers can decrease their levels, leading to kidney problems over time. Painkiller usage is not recommended for individuals with pre-existing kidney disease.
Higher doses of Nacroot-T 4 Tablet will not necessarily increase its effectiveness and might lead to increased side effects. If symptoms are worsening, consult your doctor for reevaluation.
Paracetamol, a key component in Nacroot-T 4 Tablet, can be harmful to the liver, especially at doses exceeding the recommended level. Combining this medication with alcohol may increase the risk of liver damage. Individuals with pre-existing liver diseases should avoid using this medicine and consult a healthcare professional immediately if any signs of liver damage are observed (e.g., fever, rash, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, fatigue, stomach pain, dark urine, yellow skin or eyes, and abnormal liver enzymes).
Store this medicine in its original packaging, tightly closed. Follow the instructions on the label regarding storage duration and dispose of unused medication responsibly to prevent consumption by children, pets, or other individuals.
