Nacphin Injection is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby.
Nacphin Injection is generally considered safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects to the developing baby; however, there are limited human studies.

Nacphin Injection is an opioid analgesic (pain reliever) which works by blocking transmission of pain signals to the brain to lower pain perception.
Use Nacphin Injection as instructed by your doctor. Never take in greater amounts or more often than prescribed. Do not drive or use machinery if it causes sleepiness or drowsiness. Avoid consuming alcohol when taking Nacphin Injection as it may cause excessive sleepiness or drowsiness. Inform your doctor if you have ever been diagnosed with kidney or liver problems. Store opioid pain relievers in a safe place and out of reach of others.
