Introduction

Myprotein Micellar Casein is a slow release protein derived from milk. It's absorbed slowly by the stomach, allowing a tapered supply of amino acids to the muscle over a prolonged period of time. This protein source contains branched chain amino acids (BCAAs) and has a complete amino acid profile. It's designed to contribute to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.

Add 7-10oz of water or milk into our shaker, then add 30g, shake and consume. Use just before bedtime for optimum results, but can also be taken between meals or 2-3 times a day.
