Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it whole without chewing, crushing, or breaking it. Myotop-P Tablet is to be taken with food.
Myotop-P Tablet is a combination of Tolperisone, a muscle relaxant that acts on the brain and spinal cord to relieve muscle stiffness or spasm, and Paracetamol, an analgesic and antipyretic that blocks the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain responsible for pain and fever.

Avoid consuming alcohol when taking Myotop-P Tablet as it may cause excessive drowsiness and increase the risk of liver damage. Older adults may have increased drowsiness, confusion, and higher risk of falling while taking Myotop-P Tablet. Do not take it with any other medicine containing acetaminophen without asking your doctor first.
To alleviate muscle pain, it is recommended to combine Myotop-P Tablet with rest, adequate sleep, and stress reduction. Applying an ice pack to the affected area may also help relieve pain and inflammation. If your muscle pain is caused by an underlying medical condition, consult with your doctor for personalized guidance.
According to available reports, there is no evidence of addiction to Myotop-P Tablet.

Myotop-P Tablet contains paracetamol, which can cause liver damage, especially when taken in excessive doses. Additionally, consuming alcohol while taking this medication may increase the risk of liver damage. Patients with underlying liver disease should consult their doctor before using this medication. If you experience any signs or symptoms of liver damage, such as fever, rash, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, fatigue, stomach pain, dark urine, yellow skin or eyes, or abnormal liver enzymes, contact your doctor immediately.
You may start to experience initial pain relief within about an hour after taking Myotop-P Tablet.
Taking a higher dose of Myotop-P Tablet than recommended may not provide additional benefits, but it may increase the risk of serious side effects and toxicity. If your symptoms persist or worsen, consult your doctor for re-evaluation and guidance.
