Myospaz Forte Tablet should be taken with food to prevent stomach upset. It should be taken regularly as advised by your doctor and not taken for a longer duration than recommended. The pain relieving medicines work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and inflammation.
