Niacinamide (vitamin B3) reduces cholesterol levels and other fatty substances in blood and increases good cholesterol. Thiamine (vitamin B1) is required by the body to properly use carbohydrates. It also helps maintain proper nerve function. Vitamin A helps form and maintain healthy teeth, soft and skeletal tissue, mucus membranes, and skin. It promotes good eyesight. Vitamin B2 is vital for body growth. It aids in red blood cell production. It also helps in the release of energy from proteins. Pyridoxine treats or prevents deficiency of vitamin B6 and improves functioning of nervous and immune systems. Vitamin C destroys harmful free radicals. It also enhances absorption of iron from diet. Vitamin D3 works by facilitating the body to use more of the calcium available in foods or supplements. Vitamin E protects body tissues from damage caused by substances called free radicals. It keeps the immune system strong against viruses and bacteria.
