Mucos 100mg Tablet can be taken with the food in evening. Take it at the same time every day to get the most benefit. The dose and how often you take it depends on what you are taking it for. Your doctor will decide how much you need to improve your symptoms. Take this medicine for as long as it is prescribed for you. Do not miss even a single dose if in any case you missed a dose, take it as soon as you remember or better to skip the missed dose and continue with regular dosing. It does not work immediately or prevent the already started breathing trouble hence always carry your medical inhaler with you for an emergency.

If you are taking birth control pills, your doctor may recommend a reduced dose of Mucos 100mg Tablet, as birth control pills can interfere with the clearance of Mucos 100mg Tablet, increasing its levels and the risk of side effects.
Take Mucos 100mg Tablet exactly as prescribed by your doctor. To help prevent stomach upset, it's recommended to take the medication with food.
When using furosemide in combination with Mucos 100mg Tablet, be cautious as this may decrease potassium levels. Regular monitoring of potassium levels is essential to ensure safe treatment.
Mucos 100mg Tablet should not be taken by individuals who are allergic to ambroxol, theophylline, or other components of the medication. Additionally, patients with low blood pressure, irregular heartbeats, a history of heart attack, liver disease, or kidney disorders should also avoid taking Mucos 100mg Tablet.
Mucos 100mg Tablet contains theophylline-7 acetate and ambroxol, which makes it more effective in liquefying mucus and clearing airways. This added benefit reduces the need for other asthma medications like salbutamol.
