Introduction

Mucolinc AX Syrup is a syrup that contains three active medicines: Ambroxol, Guaifenesin, and Terbutaline. It is used to treat wet cough in children. The medicine helps to thin and loosen mucus, making it easier to cough out. It also decreases the stickiness of the mucus and helps in its removal from the airways. The bronchodilator property of Terbutaline relaxes and widens the muscles in the airways. Give Mucolinc AX Syrup to your child orally, with or without food. Give it with food to reduce the chances of stomach upset. You may be required to give this medicine to your child for a few days to weeks, depending upon your child's clinical condition and severity of the illness. Do not stop the medication abruptly by yourself, even if your child starts to feel better. Continue the medicine until the prescribed course is complete.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a measuring cup and take it by mouth. Shake well before use. Mucolinc AX Syrup may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Practice self-care tips: clean and disinfect surfaces after sneezing and coughing, give your child plenty of fluids, restrain your child from having caffeinated products and foods that are spicy and fried, make your child gargle with warm saltwater, ensure your child takes enough rest.
