Migiplex 40mg/10mg Tablet should be taken on an empty stomach, preferably at the same time every day, ideally at night. The dose and frequency depend on your condition and your doctor's prescription. They also inhibit cortical spreading depression (CSD), which are electric waves that move across the brain and cause pain and inflammation.

You have been prescribed Migiplex 40mg/10mg Tablet for prevention of migraine headaches. Do not take it to treat an acute attack of migraine. Have your meals at the same time every day. Avoid bright lights and extreme temperatures. Avoid loud music and noisy places. Avoid chocolates, cheese, processed food, alcohol, and smoking. Get sufficient sleep and avoid stress.
