Midorise 5 Tablet is used to treat low blood pressure (hypotension) and helps prevent dizziness due to sudden standing.

Midorise 5 Tablet can be taken with or without food and is typically taken during daytime hours when people are most active. It should not be taken if you plan to lie down for a long time after the dose. Always follow your doctor's advice and never stop the medication without consulting them. Regular monitoring of blood pressure is essential while taking this medicine. Common side effects include headache, nausea, rash, urinary retention, difficulty in urination, and flushing. It may also cause supine hypertension, an increase in blood pressure while lying down. Consult your doctor if these side effects bother you. Inform your doctor if you have any kidney or liver disease, and pregnant or breastfeeding women should seek medical advice before taking this medication. Your doctor may monitor kidney and liver function before and during treatment.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it whole without chewing, crushing, or breaking it. Midorise 5 Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Midorise 5 Tablet is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into breastmilk and harm the baby.
Midorise 5 Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Please consult your doctor.
Midorise 5 Tablet is an alpha-adrenergic agonist. It works by activating specific receptors on blood vessels, causing them to tighten, which increases blood pressure.
Take Midorise 5 Tablet at least 4 hours before bedtime to avoid the risk of high blood pressure at night. Monitor your blood pressure regularly while taking this medicine. Inform your doctor if you have a history of prostate disorder or blood circulation problems. Inform your doctor immediately if you notice symptoms of chest pain, palpitations, headache, shortness of breath, and blurred vision. Inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning pregnancy, or breastfeeding.
