Introduction

Microwin Povishield 10% Microbicidal Solution is a 10% Povidone-Iodine based antiseptic solution that provides broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity. Povishield has also been proven to be effective against gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, including those that are resistant to antibiotics. It is used as a microbicidal treatment of burns, wounds, abrasions, and cuts, and is also helpful in preparing the skin and mucous membrane prior to surgery.
