Miconel Gel is an antifungal medicine used to treat fungal infections of the skin, such as athlete's foot, jock itch, thrush, ringworm, and dry, flaky skin.
Gel
Miconel Gel should be used in the dose and duration as prescribed by your doctor. This medicine should be used regularly to get the most benefit from it. Do not use more than you needed, as it will not clear your condition faster and may only increase the side effects. Skin infections will usually get better after 2 to 6 weeks. Do not use the medicine for longer than your doctor has told you to and let him or her know if your condition does not improve after 2 to 6 weeks of treatment.
This medicine is for external use only. Use it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Clean and dry the affected area and apply the gel. Wash your hands after applying unless hands are the affected area.

Miconel Gel is safe to use during breastfeeding. Human studies suggest that the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in a significant amount and is not harmful to the baby.
Miconel Gel may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Please consult your doctor.

Miconel Gel is an antifungal medication that treats skin infections. It works by killing the fungi on the skin by destroying their cell membrane.
Wash your hands with soap before and after applying the cream. Do not share your towel or clothes with anyone. Wear clean clothes every day to prevent infection. Apply an amount sufficient to cover the affected area and 1 inch of the immediate surrounding skin. Do not skip any doses and finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better.
