MGRM Heel Cup Single 1101 is a high impact cushion pad designed to provide cushioning support and absorb shock forces under the heel. It is made of special grade silicone and is used to reduce symptoms of painful heel conditions like spur heel. The product has a bio-mechanical design that provides the best cushioning comfort to the heel and is differently designed for left and right heel.

Identify the 'right' and 'left' heel cups as embossed on the base of the product. Place the heel cups inside the socks (below heels) so that they remain in position. Use both heel cups (right and left) to maintain balance of feet. Handwash using cold water and mild soap.
