Use it as advised by your doctor or check the label for directions before use. Metzok 100 Tablet PR may be taken with or without food but it is better to take it at a fixed time. Avoid Metzok 100 Tablet PR with high-fat meals such as olive oil, nuts & seeds, dark chocolate, butter, and meat.
