Metolet XL 25mg Tablet ER may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time. Avoid Metolet XL 25mg Tablet ER with high-fat meals such as olive oil, nuts & seeds, dark chocolate, butter and meat.

Do not stop taking Metolet XL 25mg Tablet ER suddenly as it can cause your blood pressure to rise suddenly, thereby increasing the risk of heart attack and stroke.
