It is used for heart-related chest pain (angina), abnormal heart rhythms, and chronic (long-term) heart failure. The medicine is available in tablet form and should be taken as advised by your doctor.

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush, or break it. Metolar AM 25 Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
