It is used to treat deficiency of vitamin B12 in the body. Vitamin B12 is important for growth, cell reproduction, blood formation, and protein and tissue synthesis. It also helps to treat anemia, fatigue, and numbness or tingling in the hands and feet.

How should Methybex 1500mcg Injection be administered?
Methybex 1500mcg Injection can be injected directly into a vein (intravenously) or into a muscle (intramuscularly). The usual dose is 1 ampoule (0.5 mg of Methybex 1500mcg Injection), which is given 3 times a week. After 2 months, 1 ampoule (0.5 mg of Methybex 1500mcg Injection) is administered every one to three months as part of maintenance therapy.
What precautions should be taken when administering Methybex 1500mcg Injection?
Do not inject the medication at the same site repeatedly. If you experience intense pain during injection or if blood flow back into the syringe occurs, remove the needle and re-insert at a different location.
