Nasal Spray
You should always use Metatop Nasal Spray as advised by your doctor. To get the full benefit of the medicine you should take it regularly. Blow your nose gently before using it, keep one nostril closed while applying the medicine into the other, and then sniff hard to make sure it reaches deep into the nose. Repeat for the other nostril. The most common side effects of this medicine include nasal irritation, sore throat, wheezing, nosebleed, upper respiratory tract infection, viral infections, and vomiting. If you are worried about any of the side effects, let your doctor know. Your doctor might be able to help you cope with the side effects. In general, you should try to avoid situations which make your symptoms worse (things like pollen and dust mites) and it’s best not to smoke.
Use this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Insert the bottle tip into one nostril and close the other nostril. Direct the spray towards the sides of your nostril away from the cartilage dividing the two sides of your nose. As you spray, breathe gently and keep the head upright. Repeat the same process for the other nostrils.

Acarbose Amlodipine Aprepitant Atazanavir
Metatop Nasal Spray is a steroid. It gets absorbed into the cells of the inner surface of the nose and works by blocking the production of certain chemical messengers that cause inflammation (swelling) and allergies. This relieves blocked or runny nose, sneezing, and sinus discomfort, and other symptoms caused by nasal congestion and nasal polyps.
The right way to use the nasal spray: Shake the bottle before using the medicine. Clean your nose thoroughly before using the medicine. Insert the bottle tip into one nostril and close the other nostril. Direct the spray towards the sides of your nostril away from the cartilage dividing the two sides of your nose. Breathe out gently through your mouth and repeat the same process for the other nostril. Avoid deep breathing as it will cause medication to go back to the throat and make it less effective. Do not share the bottle with anyone else so that you do not spread germs. Inform your doctor if you have an infection, injury, or had recent surgery of the nose as Metatop Nasal Spray can increase the risk of bleeding, fungal infections in the nose, and delay wound healing. Any remaining spray must be discarded two months after you first open the bottle.
Metatop Nasal Spray is used to relieve symptoms of allergic rhinitis, including nasal congestion (stuffiness), discharge, itching, and sneezing.
If you miss a dose of Metatop Nasal Spray, use it as soon as possible. However, if it's almost time for your next dose, use it in the regular schedule instead of taking the missed dose. Do not double the dose to make up for the missed one, as this may increase the risk of side effects.
Metatop Nasal Spray is neither an antifungal nor an antibiotic. It is a corticosteroid, which is used to reduce inflammation (redness and swelling) in various conditions.
Metatop Nasal Spray is effective when used as directed by your doctor. Do not stop using it even if you see improvement, as symptoms may return or worsen. If you stop using Metatop Nasal Spray too early, your condition may worsen.
Use Metatop Nasal Spray as directed by your doctor, especially for children. Extending treatment beyond the prescribed dose or duration may cause hormonal imbalance in children, leading to facial puffiness, face rounding, and possible delays in growth and development. Consult your doctor before adjusting the dosage.
