Mentoplast Tablet is a nootropic medicine used to improve communication between nerve cells and protect the brain and nervous system. It is used to treat Alzheimer's disease, memory loss in Parkinson's disease, age-related memory loss, and head injury. It works by increasing the activity of a chemical messenger (acetylcholine) which improves communication between the nerve cells. It also protects the brain and nervous system against shortness of oxygen.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Mentoplast Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

You should not take Mentoplast Tablet if you are allergic to Mentoplast Tablet or any of its ingredients. Additionally, do not take this medication if your kidney function is severely impaired, or if you have a history of bleeding in the brain (cerebral hemorrhage). People with Huntington's disease/chorea (a genetic disorder affecting brain cells and causing progressive deterioration of mental and physical abilities) should also avoid taking Mentoplast Tablet.
Mentoplast Tablet can be taken with or without food. Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water. Do not break or chew the tablet. If you experience difficulty swallowing, inform your doctor immediately. Your doctor may prescribe Mentoplast Tablet in the form of a solution for ease of administration if needed.
