Melodol Tablet can be taken with or without food. The dose will depend on what you are taking it for and how well it helps your symptoms. You should take it as advised by your doctor. Do not take more or use it for a longer duration than recommended by the doctor. The most common side effects of this medicine include nausea, vomiting, indigestion, stomach pain, and diarrhea. Melodol Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Meloxicam and Paracetamol which relieve pain. It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling).

It works more quickly if you take them when your stomach is empty It is better to take your doses after food if taking the tablets makes you feel sick Do not take indigestion remedies (antacids) within two hours of taking Melodol Tablet Drink plenty of water while taking it
