Melbild Solution is a medication used for the treatment of vitiligo, a condition where white patches appear on the skin and hair roots. It stimulates the movement and growth of melanin-producing cells, called melanocytes, to restore skin color.
Solution
Melbild Solution is for external use only. Use it exactly as your doctor has prescribed. The affected area should be clean and dried before application. Wash your hands thoroughly before and after applying this medicine. Use it regularly to get the maximum benefit. Do not use more than needed as it will not clear your condition faster and may instead cause some side effects. If your condition goes on for longer than four weeks or gets worse at any time, let your doctor know. You can help this medication work better by keeping the affected areas clean. Common side effects include dry skin, skin irritation, and burning sensation at the site of application. Consult your doctor if these side effects do not get better or persist for a longer duration. Avoid direct contact with your eyes. In case of accidental contact, rinse it off with water and seek medical attention. For optimal results, it is recommended to apply this medicine two hours before going to bed. In the morning, the treated patches can be exposed to sunlight for 10-15 minutes. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult their doctors before using this medicine to make sure the medicine is safe for them and the developing baby.
Use this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use.

Melbild Solution is a repigmenting agent. It works by causing migration of skin cells (melanocytes) from the area of skin surrounding the vitiligo patch. This in turn causes the production of melanin (skin darkening pigment) and restores the skin color.
Melbild Solution helps restores skin complexion in people with vitiligo. It may take up to 4 months to complete treatment. Keep using the medication as prescribed. Apply it in a thin layer to the pigmented areas of skin and rub in gently. It can make your skin more sensitive to sun. Use sunscreen and protective clothing when outdoors. It may also cause changes in the color of your untreated skin. Talk to your doctor if this bothers you. Inform your doctor if your condition does not improve after 1 month of treatment.
Use Melbild Solution exactly as directed by your doctor. Before application, thoroughly clean and dry the affected area. Then, apply the lotion as a thin film. For best results, apply it about 2 hours before retiring at night. Avoid touching the treated patches for approximately an hour after application. The next morning, expose the patches to bright sunlight for 10-15 minutes. If direct sunlight is not possible, you can use ultraviolet lamps.
Melbild Solution increases the growth of cells that produce pigment (melanocytes). This helps to increase melanocyte activity in the affected area, promoting the restoration of skin complexion.
Melbild Solution is considered safe when used as prescribed. No reported side effects or contraindications have been documented so far. If you experience any adverse reactions after applying the lotion, consult your doctor immediately.
The duration of treatment depends on individual response to therapy. The response is often faster in children or when used for recently developed patches. On average, re-pigmentation can be observed on the borders or inside the white patch (as dots of pigment) within 3 to 6 months, depending on the age of the white patch. In most cases, full re-pigmentation may take up to a year.
There is currently no cure for vitiligo that completely reverses the condition. However, in some cases, patches may disappear spontaneously. Generally, patches can be repigmented but not cured entirely.
Vitiligo is an autoimmune disease that causes white patches on the skin due to the loss of normal skin pigment called melanin. These patches can also impact the eyes, mouth, and nose. Vitiligo often runs in families and typically begins before the age of 40.
