It is effective against infections in the ears, nose, sinus, tonsils, throat, lungs, heart, skin, and bones, including those caused by resistant bacteria. The medication works by preventing the formation of the bacterial cell wall, essential for bacterial survival, and increasing the efficiency of the treatment. It is important to complete the entire course of antibiotics to prevent the bacteria from multiplying again or causing another infection. Side effects may include diarrhea, and it is crucial to ensure the child stays hydrated. If an itchy rash, facial swelling, or breathing difficulties occur, stop the medication and consult a doctor immediately.
Administer Megapen Kid Tablet to your child as prescribed by the doctor. Ensure the child completes the entire course of antibiotics without stopping the medicine in between.
