It works by relaxing the muscles in your stomach and gut (intestine). It stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms). By doing this, it relieves cramps, pain, bloating and discomfort. Paracetamol is an antipyretic (fever reducer) and Mefenamic Acid is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). They work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling).

If you get diarrhea while taking this medicine, consult your doctor immediately. Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole.
